About The Position

We’re seeking a driven and personable Whole Home Comfort Consultant to lead clients through whole-home solutions—from blower door consultations to tailored comfort upgrades. Requirements

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Willingness to learn the Whole Home Comfort Consult process; including training that is completed outside of normal business hours
• Ability to run free leads and contribute to service department growth
• Team-oriented, detail-driven, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

• Conduct blower door consultations and whole home assessments
• Review diagnostics with homeowners and recommend solutions
• Submit accurate proposals and manage projects through completion
• Collaborating with service technicians and support turnover training
• Promote our brand by living our Core Values
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching for continued growth
