About The Position

Growing MFM Practice seeking experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse-Midwife. Exciting opportunity for an experienced FNP, WHNP or CNM to join a highly desirable and growing consultative Maternal Fetal Medicine practice. This position is for our Katy clinic, with some travel to satellite clinics.

Requirements

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree

Responsibilities

• Providing advanced health assessment and full prenatal care on high-risk OB patients
• Evaluating complications of pregnancy
• Performing limited OB ultrasound
• Managing diabetes co-management during antepartum period, independently or collaboratively with the supervising physician
• Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests & triaging calls for prescriptions
• Participating in the patient and family counseling/education process
• Interacting and communicating with referring providers and other patient care team members
