Conveyor Maintenance Technician – Second Shift 📍 Location: Whiteland, IN Distribution Center 🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Onsite) Overview The Conveyor Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and reliability of our conveyor systems within our Whiteland distribution center. This role will focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining conveyor equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will be proactive in performing preventative maintenance while also providing rapid response to operational issues. Key Responsibilities Ensure conveyor systems are safe, efficient, and fully operational during warehouse hours. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical conveyor components. Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules. Maintain housekeeping standards for conveyor system parts and surrounding areas. Resolve issues quickly to minimize operational downtime. Maintain 100% accuracy of tool inventory. Remain flexible with start and end times when needed for troubleshooting or repairs. Provide on-call support for emergency situations. Perform additional low-level mechanical tasks outside conveyor systems as assigned by leadership. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician required. Minimum 2 years of conveyor maintenance experience strongly preferred. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with an eagerness to continue learning warehouse systems.
