About The Position

The White Goods Field Service Engineer role involves working independently to diagnose and repair white goods appliances in customers' homes. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage one's own schedule effectively while driving a company van.

Requirements

• Proven experience in white goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
• Passion and enthusiasm for the role.
• Must be able to clear DBS checks and drugs/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively while working mainly independently.
• Testing, diagnosing, and fixing white goods in customers' homes.
• Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
• Delivering excellent customer care skills.

Benefits

• Salary up to £34,000 with electrical and re-gas, £38,000 per annum with gas + 10% bonus paid quarterly.
• 41 hours per week working 5 over 7 (some Saturday working on a rota basis) - NO SUNDAYS.
