It is essential to ensure that the product is handled in a safe and quality-focused manner, and employees will be expected to safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment. The role demands continuous standing or walking for up to 10 hours per day, and the ability to work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish is crucial. This position is temp to hire, depending on business needs, attendance, and productivity.
