  • Locate leaking vessels and isolate them, replacing membranes and o-rings.
  • Work with maintenance on testing.
  • Perform routine maintenance on necessary equipment.
  • Timely and accurately report process loss to the supervisor.
  • Review equipment status and record findings.
  • Record data for MF, UF, Heat Treat, and NF processes.
  • Take samples and run analysis on FT-120, making adjustments to keep product in spec.
  • Oversee CIP for assigned machinery and silos.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Attend required training and quizzes.
  • Complete all safety activities and plant meetings.
  • Comply with safety and operational SOPs.
  • Keep records in accordance with good manufacturing processes and local/state laws.
  • Utilize GPS processes to drive zero losses.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to run, or learn to run and troubleshoot all equipment in the Whey.
  • Excellent attendance and safety record.
  • Desire to grow with the company.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to solve practical problems in various situations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate assignments.
  • Proficient in personal computer skills including email, record keeping, and word processing.
