Properly maintain fill, weights, seals, labels, and product codes to comply with Saputo standards, requirements and specifications. Responsible for the inspection of bag seals. Perform weights checks and metal detector checks to assure consistency and compliance to Saputo standards and policies. Responsible for accurately taking samples. Responsible for inspecting finished product bags for cleanliness, damage, foreign matter, etc. Properly calibrate the filling scales. Properly perform magnet checks. Responsible for reworking bags and/or totes that are unacceptable to our customers for any reason. Maintain accurate records as required by Saputo policies. Effectively and safely make minor adjustments and/or trouble shooting the Carousel. Perform daily cleaning of all equipment and floors in the Avapac, Tote Filler and Robot areas.
