About The Position
Assist with set up, execution, and tear down of events held on the Memorial Rink, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of special functions on the Memorial Rink, including set up/tear down of tables and chairs
- Able to work in a team environment and communicate well with others
- Operate cash register and provide accurate change to cash paying customers
- Maintain clean and organized work space; perform daily cleaning duties
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with accommodations
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
