About The Position

The Passenger Service Agent (PSA) at Milwaukee International Airport is responsible for providing assistance to elderly customers and those with disabilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience. This role involves helping passengers in wheelchairs, offering information, and ensuring timely assistance to the correct departure gates.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work weekends, including holidays, and report to work on a regular and timely basis.
• Must be able to pass a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) background check.
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with objects weighing up to at least 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing wheelchair and aisle chair assistance to inbound and outbound airline passengers for all airlines.
• Promptly providing assistance and information to hearing and visually impaired passengers.
• Offering routine stops at restaurants and restroom entrances for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance.
• Assisting passengers to animal relief areas if required.
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and trouble-free travel experience for all passengers.
• Assisting passengers in a timely and efficient manner to the correct departure gates.
• Utilizing provided technology to track and assist passengers.
