We’re currently looking for a Wheel and Rim Reconditioning Operator to join our team and help keep vehicles rolling safely. This dynamic role focuses on inspecting, blasting, painting, and packaging commercial tires to ensure quality and durability.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to new tasks
• General mechanical aptitude; commercial tire experience preferred
• Flexible schedule, including availability for various shifts, overtime, and weekends
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple roles and follow tasks through to completion
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and/or move a maximum of 100 pounds

Nice To Haves

• General mechanical aptitude; commercial tire experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect wheels to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Load and unload rims safely and efficiently
• Apply shrink wrap to rims upon completion
• Monitor inventory levels and order shot, powder, and necessary accessories as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Mount and demount wheel assemblies using appropriate tire tools effectively
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
