About The Position
As a Sales Associate at Claire's, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that every customer has a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. You will demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries, utilizing your product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Additionally, you will assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions, ensuring that the store is always presentable and inviting to customers. A key aspect of your role will be ear piercing, for which you will receive full training. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean and organized. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, as you will be the face of Claire's, representing the brand and its values. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your team to create a positive shopping environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.
