As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile, assembling food orders, maintaining portion control, and processing payments efficiently. We emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer leaves "Highly Satisfied." Our products are made to order, and we take pride in serving hot and fresh food. You will be trained to follow strict sanitation and food safety procedures, accurately measure products, and adhere to specific guidelines to maintain our high standards. Safety is paramount, especially when working in hot areas, and you will be required to wear gloves when handling ready-to-eat food. Timeliness is also critical, as you will need to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with other stations if certified, ensuring a smooth production flow. We have specific uniform requirements that must be adhered to, including wearing an orange Whataburger polo, black pants (not skinny jeans), a black belt, and Tredsafe slip-resistant shoes. Personal grooming standards are also important, as employees must be clean-shaven or well-maintained, and men are not allowed to wear earrings. Clean and trimmed nails are a must.
