About The Position

We are seeking a Returns Specialist who is responsible for coordinating all daily activities related to processing dealer returns and preparation for manufacturer returns. This will include opening and processing boxes, inspecting product, verifying inventory and counting and sorting products. This is located at our North facility at 4950 NE 29th, Des Moines, Iowa, 50317.

Requirements

Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs. repetitively.
Basic computer and accurate data entry skills.
Ability to work within established time and quality control goals for this area.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Ability to learn and master new tasks quickly.
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with coworkers, managers, and customers.
Ability to provide assistance in other work-related areas as required

Nice To Haves

1+ years of forklift experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for verifying the store number and keying correctly in computer before each return
Accurately counts and scans each product received in returns department
Efficiently sorts returned product into boxes by manufacturer
Seals full boxes of sorted product and places on the appropriate skid by manufacturer.
Keeps surrounding area clean and neat.
Performs other associated duties as assigned.
Will operate forklifts to move product throughout the warehouse
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
