About The Position

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for: Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stock. Managing internal systems to show receivership of goods, stocking levels and location of stock. Sharing information and data with internal cross-functional teams to highlight potential risks and opportunities. Continually identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency. Leading internal process by example to ensure compliance, safety and quality for your warehouse team.

Requirements

• Have a degree in a related discipline or a High School Diploma/GED with solid, industry experience gained in warehousing or logistics.
• Demonstrate leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organization.
• Have solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Show excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies.
