About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate on the 3rd shift at Ethnix Group, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing food product orders from a multi-level rack warehouse. This role involves operating pallet jacks and forklifts to transport items, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and collaborating with team members to maintain efficient operations. You will also be required to perform various tasks related to inventory management and shipping processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse and/or distribution work is a plus.
• Ability to operate a motorized pallet jack (certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and understand percentages.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and related software.

• Motorized pallet jack certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers of food products to fill customer orders.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move completed orders to the loading dock.
• Follow safety regulations and quality standards during the production process.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and ensure proper functioning of safety devices.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per company guidelines.
• Transport completed orders to the shipping dock staging area.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for staging as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve communication and performance.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the work area.
