About The Position

The Assembler/Forklift Operator role is critical to the growth and development of Monoflo’s products and resources. The primary responsibilities involve the assembly and decorating of injection molded plastic parts. Additional equipment is utilized to decorate and support the assembly process, such as hot stamp machines. You will be expected to successfully cross train into other Forklift Operator roles throughout the company. What you will do: Perform assembly, decoration, and packaging operations Conduct visual quality inspections of parts and notifies Lead of part defects or quality concerns promptly Operate hot stamp machine and other equipment needed to complete work orders Perform packaging process accurately as found in work instructions: includes layout, quantity, pallet type, and any package label requirements Perform daily safety and maintenance inspections of equipment prior to operating Submit electronic forklift checklist daily Maintain equipment integrity including end of shift wipe downs Operate equipment safely and within OSHA guidelines Work within the machine cycle time, completing tasks accurately, with minimal supervision Successfully cross train into other company department Forklift Operator roles Proper movement of product within warehouse: includes accurate scans and product placement Complete any tasks or other duties as assigned by Lead and Management staff Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3 - 5 years of warehouse/shipping forklift experience required 1-year manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift 20lbs consistently Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment Ability to work with minimal supervision Must be able to read, communicate verbally, and understand English language Successfully complete and maintain the OSHA forklift certification training What we offer: We value our employees, and the only thing we’re more proud of than the products we make is our people who make it all possible. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of warehouse/shipping forklift experience required
  • Ability to lift 20lbs consistently
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to read, communicate verbally, and understand English language
  • Successfully complete and maintain the OSHA forklift certification training

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year manufacturing experience preferred
