The WFM Daily Time Coord will be responsible for monitoring attendance line for both NOC location's employees, communicating attendance updates to appropriate leadership teams, administering and making necessary attendance related corrections each day in Aspect and Workforce Central. The Coord will also be responsible for maintaining internal attendance reports, providing dedicated support to the Workforce Scheduling Analyst and the Workforce Support Analyst. The Daily Time coord will be expected to model 'gold standard' attendance and serve as a role model to employees of the NOC. The Daily Time coord will have other duties as assigned.
