About The Position
The WFM Analyst Senior (Pharmacy Workflow) supports the scheduling and real-time activity of the BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Accurately predicts specialty pharmacy volumes, queue levels, service levels, capacity needs by operational area to identify and monitor trends. This position will take part in Elevance Health's remote eligibility status. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a Pulse Point. Going into the office may be required for team meetings as needed.
