Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and enrollment of new clients
  • Provide professional, client-focused service and follow-up
  • Assist with the development and presentation of tailored benefit solutions
  • Respond promptly to client questions and service requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling
  • Support outreach and relationship-building efforts
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
