Requirements
- Confident communicator, comfortable on video platforms such as Zoom
- Self-motivated and effective working independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong digital skills (CRMs, Zoom, cloud-based systems)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Equipped with a Windows-based PC/laptop and reliable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual benefit consultations with individuals and families
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life, accident, and supplemental insurance options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate, compliant digital records
- Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and performance coaching
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and share best practices
