Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit options
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Provide clear guidance on available supplemental benefit options based on client needs
• Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation and follow-up communications
• Participate in weekly team sessions focused on training, collaboration, and mentorship
