  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their goals and circumstances.
  • Help clients understand available coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Respond promptly to questions, provide follow-up support, and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and applicable state regulations.
