Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located within the United States
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and licensing support provided).

Responsibilities

Engage with members to understand their insurance and financial protection needs
Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options
Guide members through the application and enrollment process
Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims guidance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with members
