Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be physically located within the United States
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and licensing support provided).

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members to understand their insurance and financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Guide members through the application and enrollment process
  • Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims guidance
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with members
