Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with clients
• Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
• Support clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
• Deliver excellent client service and build lasting relationships
• Participate in weekly mentorship and development sessions
