About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Caribbean & Cruise Travel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations across the Caribbean and onboard cruise experiences. You’ll research destinations, recommend cruise itineraries and resort options, and coordinate travel arrangements that align with each client’s preferences and budget. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys travel planning, organization, and delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend Caribbean destinations, cruise itineraries, and resort options
• Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and detailed travel itineraries
• Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries
• Coordinate with cruise lines, resorts, and travel partners to confirm bookings and requests
• Maintain accurate client records, reservations, and documentation
• Provide professional, timely support to ensure a seamless travel experience
