About The Position

This position is fully remote, structured for performance, and supported by leadership development and ongoing training. There is no cold calling, no prospecting, and no door-to-door outreach. All consultations are pre-qualified and pre-scheduled. Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access

Responsibilities
- Host scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
- Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
- Guide families through enrollment and provide ongoing policy support
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and ensure compliance standards
- Participate in weekly training, development meetings, and leadership workshops
