Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with virtual tools
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve goals
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to pass a standard background check

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person consultations with union members
• Clearly explain available benefit programs in simple, straightforward terms
• Assist members in selecting the coverage that fits their unique needs
• Accurately maintain records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on growth and service
