About The Position

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Wet Process Operator (Sander) who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency. Essential Job Functions Perform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Wet sand by hand using grit sand paper. Set up and operate Jitterbug and Mass Semi-automatic with minimal supervision. Use measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes. Visually inspect panel’s quality and make required adjustments. Discontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management. Perform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by Process Procedure. Accurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation. Assist other operators, when time allows. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance. Work schedule is 3rd Shift | Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required, in support of departmental and company goals.
