About The Position

Are you someone who takes pride in producing a clean, professional finish and paying attention to the smallest details? We’re looking for a dependable Wet Painter to join our Finishing Department and help ensure our products meet high-quality appearance and durability standards.

This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, follows safety protocols, and enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces and materials
• Ensure a uniform finish free of runs, debris, or imperfections
• Read and complete travelers accurately
• Mix paints and handle thinners according to specifications
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Maintain proper paperwork and accurate part counts
• Use and maintain required safety equipment for wet painting operations
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards
