Wet End Production Manager
About The Position
Ensures environmental, health, and safety (EHS), and General Management Practices (GMP) performance and compliance Accountable for the Wet End Operations (including well fields, brine treating, pan house, filter room, and boiler). Establishes and ensures achievement of all unit key performance indicators (KPIs). Manages area budget/cost, volume, and quality. Manages department project capital budget. Manages equipment and process reliability. Plans and manages Wet End boil-outs, annual FLAT outages, and other planned shutdowns. Participates in production and maintenance coordination. Responsible for ensuring all departmental training courses are completed: Safety, Environmental, FSQR, HR. Utilization of the MOC process as needed Drives improvement on efficiencies and processes. Participates in succession planning activities. Facilitate interactions between the Dry End Operations, Maintenance and Quality teams. Completes compliance requirements, including compliance matrix, and other training for position, as required. Performs other related duties, as required.
