About The Position
Desalitech Inc, a pioneer in the field of semi-batch reverse osmosis is seeking a new Technical Sales Manager for the southwestern part of the USA, reporting to the North American Sales Director - Systems Segment. This position's responsibilities will include developing and closing sales opportunities for Desalitech's CCRO (closed circuit reverse osmosis) system applications primarily with industrial clients in the territory. We are seeking a candidate with experience of industrial clients' procurement and tendering processes, experienced in developing sales opportunities in long sales cycles and capable of leading the entire sales process from initial lead to the development of capture plans to eventually contract negotiation and closing. The successful candidate will be supported by a sales support team with access to a pilot fleet for small scale demonstration at customer sites and will be accountable for Desalitech systems sales in their region which will also require regular consultation with and presentation to the business leadership.
