About The Position
IDEX is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to represent the Western area of North America, specifically in states such as WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, AK, and HI. The RSM will be responsible for supporting sales activities, conducting equipment delivery and turnover, assisting with equipment training, and demonstrating equipment functionality to direct channel customers and sales partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on capabilities, as well as experience in selling capital equipment to municipalities and contractors. This position requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
