About The Position
IDEX is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to represent the Western area of North America, specifically in states such as WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, AK, and HI. The RSM will be responsible for supporting sales activities, conducting equipment delivery and turnover, assisting with equipment training, and performing equipment demonstrations for direct channel customers and sales partners. The ideal candidate will have technical and hands-on capabilities to effectively demonstrate and train on equipment functionality in field applications. The RSM will need to develop comprehensive knowledge of various sewer cleaning, inspection, and rehabilitation products, as well as competitive offerings. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting, training, and selling capital equipment to municipalities, contractors, and industrial accounts.
