In this role, you will oversee sales operations across the Western USA, developing and executing strategies to grow market share, drive revenue, and strengthen customer relationships. You will manage direct and indirect sales channels, including distributors, representatives, and key accounts, while providing leadership and guidance to achieve regional targets. This position requires a hands-on approach to building customer relationships, delivering solutions, and representing the brand at trade shows and customer sites. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer support to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives. Frequent travel across the region and occasional national or international trips will be required. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader in the foodservice equipment industry who thrives in a results-driven, customer-focused environment.

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, rep groups, consultants, and end-users.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including RFP responses and technical presentations.
  • Manage and support independent manufacturer’s representatives to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Provide product training and collaborate with product development and marketing teams for new product launches.
  • Attend trade shows, customer demos, and site visits to represent the brand and gather market insights.
  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate forecasting, and report KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to advise and adjust strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 7+ years of foodservice sales experience required (8+ years may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and working with foodservice equipment dealers, reps, consultants, and end-users.
  • Strong negotiation, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel 50–75% domestically and internationally; valid passport and driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure extended periods of sitting or standing.

  • Familiarity with Auto Quotes (AQ), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and lead generation tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of UL/NSF standards, equipment installation, and kitchen workflow.
