About The Position

The Western Michigan Restoration Operations Manager at CRDN is responsible for overseeing the efficient management and coordination of field service teams, routing, scheduling, warehouse management, and cleaning and restoration production in the West Michigan Region. This role requires a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers experiencing losses due to damage. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and delivery requests, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the restoration industry and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for routing/scheduling of field teams ensuring territory is maintained/covered.
  • Utilize CRDN warehouse software application as a subject matter expert.
  • Train staff on critical path input from entry through delivery within the application.
  • Review initial estimate invoices efficiently.
  • Conduct onsite category counts to produce reserves at the beginning of claims.
  • Assess service performance levels and resolve issues/barriers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain, track, and document each assigned job from input to delivery.
  • Ensure all jobs are imported into XRM.
  • Develop a schedule for ongoing training for field, drivers, and warehouse staff.
  • Collaborate with the local routing department and provide support as needed.
  • Meet weekly with the Routing and Logistics Director and senior leadership to provide updates on production and personnel issues.
  • Build and maintain a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions.
  • Oversee testing, packaging, and quality control for electronics and contents.
  • Manage labor hours, travel, fuel, and supplies within budget.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse for efficient workflow.
  • Verify all orders entering the warehouse using software applications.
  • Complete total loss inventory within 5 days of arrival in the warehouse.
  • Oversee vehicle inspections and maintenance of the department.
  • Manage the transition to the new warehouse and set up cleaning and restoration equipment layout.
  • Verify weekly payroll and submit purchase orders.
