About The Position

The Regional Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting training programs and supporting operations teams with process and procedure training throughout the region. The Regional Ops Specialist prepares communications and makes presentations on implementing new system features and process changes. The role is also responsible for developing and teaching classes needed for operations team members. The Specialist supports Region Operations teams with both training and support on site as needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of related work experience is required.
  • Proven experience in training related to best practices, processes, procedures, computer applications.
  • Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritize those tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience preferred in auditing and corrective action planning.
  • Ability to Travel 75% based on need.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and address opportunities to improve end user's application/system knowledge and experience.
  • Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
  • Assess training needs.
  • Deploy training to targeted personnel.
  • Isolation and diagnosis of transaction problems, including root cause analysis.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems/issues with process/procedures.
  • Prepares project plans as well as progress reports.
  • Provides first level contact and problem resolution for team members with problems.
  • Maintains communications with users during the problem resolution process.
  • Facilitates timely and accurate solutions with other members of the Training Team.
  • Follows the appropriate chain of command in interdepartmental communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
