About The Position

Balise is looking for a Car Wash Site Manager to run the daily operations of the car wash. This role involves managing profit centers, establishing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Management Experience – preferably at a Car Wash Center.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Detail Orientated.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Managing your profit centers; express Car Wash & Detail Center.
• Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving all customers concerns.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations.
• Implement car wash quality standards.
• Manage overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operation.
• Perform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment.
• Follow all compliance safety regulations, promoting safe behaviors to all employees.
• Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facility.
• Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
