About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Host / Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an excellent dining experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists using our system
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Maintain accurate seating charts and coordinate with servers
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Monitor dining room flow to ensure efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
