About The Position
Werner Final Mile is looking for qualified NON CDL DRIVER ASSISTANTS out of Swansea, MA! This position involves working as a Driver Assistant in a 24-26 foot box truck, assisting the driver in navigating to deliver to customers. You will call customers to alert them of the visit, help the driver when backing up to ensure there are no obstacles, and keep the cargo space in the truck organized and debris-free. As part of a 2-person team, you will bring furnishings to homes, deliver, set up, assemble, demonstrate features, and remove packaging while providing exceptional customer service to customers.
