About The Position
As an Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in all aspects of operating the restaurant. You will lead the restaurant in the General Manager's absence and participate in the annual store business plan development. Additionally, you will make recommendations regarding the hiring and termination of employees, attend meetings requested by the General Manager, District Manager, or Area Director, and develop your restaurant operation skills to grow within the organization.
