Make a difference as a Wells Roadside Lead Crew Member As a Lead Crew Member at Wells Roadside, whether you're cutting and frying hand cut fries or taking orders at the register, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest experiences. At Wells, you'll be fully immersed in all operations, from grilling to assembly, ensuring each order is prepared promptly and meets our high standards. On the front lines, you'll take orders with lightning speed, expedite delicious menu items, craft refreshing drinks, and create decadent ice cream treats. Additional responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to team members, resolving guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, in addition to assisting in operations with money management. Your attention to detail, whether in maintaining cleanliness, following food safety protocols, or coordinating with team members, will be key to your success. With a focus on teamwork and efficiency, you'll play a vital part in creating memorable dining moments for all who visit us.

Requirements

  • At least 3 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
  • Must have extreme attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service

  • Servsafe Certification being a plus.
