As a Part-Time Wells Roadside Crew Member in St. Louis Park, you'll dive into a fun and fast-paced role that directly contributes to unforgettable guest experiences! You'll be the friendly face taking orders, making precise change, and serving mouthwatering food with enthusiasm to ensure absolute guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail will shine as you package menu items for dine-in and carryout, always checking for top-notch quality and consistency. Beyond serving, you'll prepare delicious drinks and ice cream treats, responsibly carding and serving alcoholic beverages with care. Maintaining a clean and safe environment is vital, as you'll handle everything from trash disposal to sanitizing food areas. With your knowledge of menu items, you'll assist in various kitchen areas, ensuring seamless operations. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
Must have extreme attention to detail the ability to multitask and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures with Servsafe Certification being a plus.
Must be able to stand walk and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older to perform alcoholic beverage service
