We're not a directory service, we're a full service psychology practice. We follow a care-team treatment model, which means clinicians are assigned to teams which they can connect with and consult for advice, institutional knowledge, and continued feedback. Clinicians collaborate with our Clinical Directors to develop treatment plans and obtain valuable feedback to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
You will define your own availability, make your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, and others carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands, we’re here to meet you where you’re at.
You’ll develop long-term relationships with patients via teletherapy.

Requirements

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication

Nice To Haves

• Empanelment / Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients
• Typical issues that your patients may face include: Adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues PTSD, substance abuse
• Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor's, easy to use web based EHR system according to company guidelines.
• Utilize our unique WellQor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideas with and obtain support from other WellQor clinicians and leadership nationwide.
