The Wellness Specialist Intern supports the Total Rewards Operations Manager in delivering wellness services to Church workforce members, with primary responsibility for managing the onsite wellness center and supporting local departments and teams. You'll handle the day-to-day operations of the wellness center while also implementing wellness strategies for local teams and departments. You will deliver workshops, provide one-on-one health and fitness consultations, and ensure Church employees have the resources and follow-up support they need to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. This role emphasizes facility management, program delivery, and implementation support. While the Total Rewards Operations Manager provides strategic direction and initial consultation to department leaders, you'll focus on execution by managing the wellness center operations, delivering engaging workshops and coaching sessions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with local teams and departments. You'll also support the Global Wellness Specialist Intern with their international outreach responsibilities as needed, giving you exposure to both local and global wellness programming.
