Requirements

• Proven sales experience — you are energized by guests trusting your recommendations and closing sales! …and aren’t shy about it.
• A bold, outgoing personality that makes guests feel at home
• Strong software skills (you know your way around fast-paced systems)
• A passion for amazing service + clear communication
• Availability for varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)

Responsibilities

• SELL, SELL, SELL — memberships to first-timers + upgrades for returning members and gift cards.
• Make every guest feel welcome (in person + over the phone). They need to know how happy we are that they have chosen us.
• Help guests schedule an elevated service with the right therapist
• Consistently crush your sales goals (and celebrate when you do!)
