About The Position

We’re seeking a Wellness Service Technician to join our Operations team. The Wellness Service Technician will report directly to the Service Manager. The Wellness Service Technician delivers genuine, anticipatory service to clients and participants in Convene’s wellness studio. This role partners closely with the Service team to create seamless, elevated experiences that exceed client expectations. With a consistent focus on care and attentiveness, the Wellness Service Technician ensures every guest feels welcomed, valued, and at ease.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality
  • Proven excellent communication, interpersonal skills and good organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to move, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
  • Ability to work effectively with clients

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to all clients, guests, and team members
  • Provide world-class hospitality in alignment with Convene Brand Standards and SOPs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented environment across all guest-facing and wellness spaces
  • Support daily operations including room set-ups/breakdowns, supply refreshes, and peak-period service execution
  • Complete administrative and operational tasks using a laptop
  • Ensure safe, sanitary, and compliant operations, including proper food handling and adherence to all health and safety regulations
  • Anticipate and accommodate special client needs, last-minute requests, and Surprise & Delight moments
  • Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties while maintaining a polished, professional appearance
  • Support facility needs including light maintenance, cleaning requests, and lost & found
  • Manage wellness operations including supply ordering, laundry coordination, scheduling technicians/instructors, and invoice processing
  • Collaborate with and support the broader team to ensure seamless, elevated guest experiences
