WebMD Health Services (WHS) is a division of WebMD whose mission is to provide expert guidance that inspires people to take charge of their health. We do this by helping people understand their health risks, make smart health care decisions, and take active steps toward living healthier lives. Our health, well-being and dedicated services power programs from employers, health plans and government organizations and are delivered online, onsite, and telephonically. The Dedicated Wellness Program Coordinator (DWPC) will operate in a hybrid setting, with travel across the state of Wisconsin 3+ days per week. This position will work collaboratively with the WebMD account team, and with the guidance and direction of the Dedicated Well-being Services Team Lead and Senior Team Manager to support the implementation of programming that aligns with the client’s overarching well-being program and the WebMD products and services that enable it.

  • Develop, coordinate logistics for and implement educational programs and events (i.e., presentations, fitness classes, cooking classes, book club, biometric screenings, flu vaccine clinics, interactive tabling booths, etc.)
  • Increase awareness and engagement in the client-wide well-being programs
  • Promote well-being through meaningful interactions with employees
  • Work with key stakeholders to create a culture of well-being at the worksite level
  • Work in partnership with a dedicated well-being program team to support the delivery of program offerings related to the client’s well-being program
  • Monitor participant satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities and solutions for improvements
  • Track and monitor participant engagement and experience
  • Assist in the production of aggregate reports, including participation and health risk data
  • Perform other, varied job-related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a health-related discipline is required
  • Minimum of 2 years Wellness Coordinator/Health Coaching or similar client-facing experience required
  • Business and technology services experience
  • Experience delivering presentations to small and large groups both in-person and virtually
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Canva Pro
  • Comfortable navigating virtual/hybrid work environments
  • Exercise/fitness certification, ideally in group fitness
  • Professional Certification from National Wellness Institute (NWI), The National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), or the equivalent certification
