This position is only open to King County Metro Employees who have completed the probationary period in their current career service position. The Safety, Security and Quality Assurance Division is seeking an innovative and collaborative leader to serve as the Wellness Program Administrator (SDA). This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day functions of Metro's wellness program. This includes providing support for employee wellness needs and programming, leading and collaborating with staff to develop and deliver work plans, and partnering with King County's employee wellness and benefit programs and Metro divisions. In partnership with the Safety Manager, division leaders, and staff, this position will be responsible for translating vision into actionable work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
