Under the direction of the Clinic Supervisor, this position is responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, answering and directing telephone calls, and handling business office functions including verification of insurance. The Patient Registration Clerk will maintain adherence to company policies and participate in achieving the mission, philosophy, and goals of the Company. The Patient Registration Clerk will interact with other departments, clinic personnel, and outside providers in a professional and friendly manner, to create and maintain a positive relationship with our internal and external customers.
