About The Position

As a Wellness Partner you’ll help residents find joy and purpose through engaging activities that support their overall wellness.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Proven ability to successfully implement appropriate and meaningful programming.
Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.

Support wellness programs and activities for our residents
Assist residents in attending community supported trips.
Suggests new opportunities for programming.
Inventory supplies and ensure they are readily available for use.
Facilitate recurring events in the Wellness Guide's absence.
Make routine visits to residents and actively engage the resident 1:1 as necessary.
Perform documentation duties as necessary.
Assist the Wellness Guide in the planning, organizing and scheduling community events related to residents' interests.
